Potato Fish Chowder

I like a thicker chowder and scaled back the amount of water to 1 1/2 cups.  It was still too thin.  I would add only 1 cup.

I used some red potatoes (4 small) I had baked so I added then at the very end just to warm.

I also added Nunu's Cajon Seasoning & Louisianna hot sauce.
